GRIEF IS HARD WORK.
YOU DON’T HAVE TO DO IT ALONE.
A therapist-led support group for adults navigating the loss of a parent.
Losing a parent changes everything. Most people expect you to move through "stages," but the reality is much heavier. Your body is working overtime to process the emotion while you try to navigate a world that feels fundamentally different.
You deserve a space where other people truly get it.
Loss of a Parent Grief Group | Richardson, Texas
In this support group, you will:
Understand the real layers of grief that go far beyond the typical five stages.
Connect with a community of people who truly understand your experience.
Explore how this loss has changed you and begin to redefine your values.
Begin to grow through your grief rather than just "getting over" it.
