In this support group, you will:

  • Understand the real layers of grief that go far beyond the typical five stages.

  • Connect with a community of people who truly understand your experience.

  • Explore how this loss has changed you and begin to redefine your values.

  • Begin to grow through your grief rather than just "getting over" it.

What’s included:

  • Every other week group therapy sessions led by a Licensed Professional Counselor

  • Virtual meetings

  • Facilitation and education about grief from a grief and trauma therapist

  • Shared experience with others who deeply understand your pain
